How to create a property marketing video
Turn a reviewed property message into an avatar-led video you can check and share.
The outcome
Create a short, accurate video with an understandable message and a clear next step.
Before you start
- Prepare verified property facts and a short script.
- Use only source images, likenesses, and voice material you have permission to use.
The workflow
Work through it
- 01
Choose the purpose and audience
Decide whether the video introduces a property, invites a conversation, or supports a current marketing presentation. Keep one primary message rather than trying to explain every detail.
- 02
Write a short, factual script
Introduce the property, describe the supported highlights, and end with one next step. Read the script aloud and remove claims about returns, condition, or availability that you cannot substantiate.
- 03
Open Create avatar
Use Avatar Studio’s current creation panel to provide the required avatar or source material, script, and available voice settings. Follow the controls shown for the selected generation option.
Open Avatar Studio - 04
Review the settings and generate
Check the input material, script, available generation settings, and any displayed usage requirements. Submit once and monitor the job status rather than repeatedly starting duplicates while it is processing.
- 05
Watch the entire result
Check pronunciation, address, amounts, visual appearance, and the final call to action. Correct inaccurate content before downloading or sharing. Generated speech can sound convincing even when a script contains an error.
- 06
Download and use the reviewed version
Use the completed video’s available download action, then share it through an appropriate marketing channel. Delete unwanted generated videos using the studio’s delete control when you no longer need them.
Worked example
A concise introduction
A short video introduces an approved property presentation, mentions two verified highlights, and directs viewers to the published property website. It avoids presenting an estimated renovation concept as the property’s current condition.
