Reach out & follow up
How to run an outreach campaign for multiple properties
Prepare a focused audience, review the message, and monitor a deliberate launch.
The outcome
Launch a clearly defined campaign and identify results that need follow-up.
Before you start
- Build and review the target audience.
- Confirm channel permissions, sender setup, allowance, and expected charges.
The workflow
Work through it
- 01
Give the campaign one objective
Choose a specific result, such as identifying owners open to a conversation. Keep unrelated markets or offers in separate campaigns so the message and results remain understandable.
- 02
Create the campaign and review its targets
Open Campaigns, start a new campaign, and work through the audience controls. Inspect the final target selection rather than assuming that a saved list and an eligible contact audience are identical.
Create a campaign - 03
Select the available channel and sender
Choose the supported campaign method and complete its required setup. Review the sender identity and exclude recipients who are not appropriate for that channel.
- 04
Prepare and review the message
Use a clear introduction and one next step. Check property-specific substitutions and avoid claims you cannot substantiate. If using AI calling, review the agent’s instructions as well as the target numbers.
- 05
Confirm preparation before launching
Review the audience count, required enrichment, current costs, and launch status. Wait for preparation to finish; a campaign that is still preparing its target snapshot is not ready to run.
- 06
Monitor outcomes and follow up
Open the campaign’s results, check failures and available delivery or call evidence, and respond to interested people. Distinguish an attempted contact from a reply or a qualified opportunity.
Review campaigns
Worked example
One audience, one purpose
Use a reviewed set of properties in one market for an owner-interest campaign. Keep a separate campaign for investor updates instead of mixing sellers and investors into the same message.
